The bees arrived at their new home at the Cilcain site today.
Slightly shook up from the drive over from their winter home at Mark’s house in Hawarden, the bees were soon out enjoying the glorious sunshine.
After the brief distraction of our new insect workers the rest of the work day was spent deep digging the beds and barrowing the last of the muck – a sterling effort by Pauline in particular, who on my last count had moved 20 barrow loads!
